HR Manager (1)
The Manager, Staff Relations is responsible for managing HR including various Talent Management, Retention and project and Staff Relations programs.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
PHR/SPHR certification a plus. Additional training in Employment Policy and Practices, Performance Management, Recruiting and Professional Development desired. Must have 10+ years experience evaluating, developing and delivering HR projects and programs and 5+ years managing professionals and HR service management programs related to Staff Relations.
A successful candidate has advanced verbal and written communication skills, a proven ability to build relationships with all employees, and must be well organized, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals with multiple needs.
